This is something you want to be careful about when choosing who you are going to work with. Too many people will call a number off of a real estate sign and engage in the biggest transaction they may ever be involved in with a complete stranger they know nothing about. This is not smart. When you call an agent off of a sign, remember that they are working for the seller, not for you. Not having your own representation when you purchase a property is like passing money laying on the sidewalk. The commission is paid by the Seller on a resale property, and by the builder on a new home, unless you have an agreement in writing stating that you will pay the commission, and that's rare.
We can also help arrange your financing at the same time if you prefer, eliminating the need for you to communicate between two different companies. This is obviously your choice, as we are equipped to handle both sides. The important thing is that you have someone good and professional that's truly looking out after your best interests.
We do have a special REBATE program available for buyers who do not yet have their own agent. If we represent you on the real estate side as well as handle the mortgage, we will rebate up to 1% back to you at/or after closing. It's a win-win deal, not to mention dialing the stress level way down by having less people and companies to keep up with.
