This is something you want to be careful about when choosing who you are going to work with. Too many people will call a number off of a real estate sign and engage in the biggest transaction they may be involved in, with a complete stranger they know nothing about. What you need to remember is that when you call an agent off of a sign, they are working for the seller, not for you. Not having your own representation when you purchase a property is like walking by money on the sidewalk. The commission is paid by the Seller, not the buyer, unless you have an agreement in writing stating that you will pay the commission, and that's rare.
We can also help you with your financing at the same time if you prefer, eliminating the need for your to communicate between two different companies. This is obviously your choice, as we are equipped to handle one or both sides. The important thing is that you have someone good and professional that's truly looking out after your best interests.
We do have a special REBATE program available for buyers who don't yet have their own agent. If we represent you on the real estate side as well as handle the mortgage, we will rebate up to 1% back to you after closing.
